Ingredients:
1 stalk celery
2 cucumbers
1 large red bell pepper
1 large green bell pepper
1 small can of pre-cut pineapple
(freshly cut would even better!)
1 pack of chicken breast
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 table spoon hoisin sauce
1/2 tablespoon black bean paste
1 table spoon white wine
1 pinch of salt (to your liking)
1/2 tablespoon of sugar
1/2 tablespoon of white pepper
1 teaspoon of Maggie or Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons chopped garlic, red onion and ginger.
You can cut all veggies and chicken breast in 1 inch cube size or sliced in French-cut style.
Stir Fry Instruction:
Sautee fresh chopped garlic, red onion and ginger in 1 table spoon of vegetable oil or olive oil until golden brown.
add sliced chicken until cooked, then vegetable every 2 min in the following order:
Celery, bell pepper, cucumber, and pineapple.
Finally add oyster sauce, hoisin sauce and black bean paste.
Add a teaspoon of sugar and white wine.
if the final stir of vegetables appears to be watery with extra broth, you can use one tablespoon of flour or corn starch to thicken the broth.
