Ingredients:

1 Full head of Cauliflower and cut to small florets

5 Tablespoons of Cornstarch flour

1 Egg

1/2 Tablespoon of salt

1/2 Tablespoon of white pepper

Instruction:

Pre-heat oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit

Dip each floret into a lightly beaten egg

Roll it over on mixed cornstarch flour, salt and pepper

Spray the baking pan with SPAM or brush with olive oil.

Sprinkle with one table spoon of olive oil on cauliflower and bake for 10 minutes,

once the color turned brown and crispy on top side, turn them over for another 10 minutes.

Ingredients for the sauce:

2 Tablespoons of Siracha chili sauce

2 Tablespoons of low salt soy sauce

1 Tablespoon of rice wine vinegar
