Ingredients:

3 Cucumbers

1 Carrots

1 Jicama (medium size)

1 clove of peel garlics (optional)

Chili (Sambal Oelek)

3 tablespoon Rice wine vinegar

2 tablespoon Salt

2 tablespoon Sugar

1 teaspoon curry powder (optional)

Instruction:

Peel skins of cucumbers, carrots and jicama. Cut in cubes in one inch size or you can also

shred the vegetables using vegetable peeler.

Mix vegetables instruction:

  1. First mix with salt.
  2. Second mix with sugar.
  3. Third mix with Sambal Oelek.
