Ingredients:

1 lb of minced meat ( chicken or pork )

5 pieces of large shrimps ( grind optional)

1 small can of water chestnut ( chopped in small pieces)

1 egg

2 table spoon of maizena

1 table spoon of salt

1/2 tea spoon of white pepper

2 table spoons shredded fresh ginger

1/2 tea spoon of sugar

2 table spoon of oyster sauce or mushroom sauce

1 bundle of green onion ( cut in small pieces)

1 pack of dumpling wrapper ( make approximately 50 dumplings)

mix all ingredients in a bowl.

wrap dumpling with one tea spoon of filling. use egg wash to seal the edges of dumpling wrapper.

boil water with a few drops of vegetable oil to prevent dumplings to stick together

You can use boiled dumplings for soup or pan fry them.
